Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally to all countries across the world.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Please note not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best with our suppliers to get this for your country.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How much is shipping?
Shipping fees varies depending upon location of delivery and carrier chosen by the purchaser of the order placed. Please also check vendors profile for their business shipping fees. 
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered and carrier chosen when ordered was placed. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing the shipping time frame and order(s) placed. Please use this table as a reference for shipping to your country. Please keep in mind that processing can take 4 business days. In most instances we ship the next business day. Check vendors

Can I have a tracking number?
We provide a tracking number via email and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
Where is your warehouse located?
We currently have a warehouse located in Indianapolis, Indiana where we also fulfil many of our vendors products. Individual businesses may use their own shipping carrier or logistics. 
Can I pay in my local currency?
The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you. 
What is your refund policy?
Making YOU happy is our number one priority. Please be aware that many of our vendors sell handmade products therefore, your order may not exactly match with the image in our marketplace. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe (with the exception during a public health emergency) *Please also check vendors profile page for their own shipping logistics. If your order is defective (dead-on-arrival), we will refund your money. If your order is not the correct variant order or quantity placed, please contact us and/or the vendor, and we will correct your order and ship it out to you for free. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. 
What is your return policy?
As always, we take our customer service very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your products at any time, please contact us or the vendor of the order placed. As stated before, please be aware that many of our vendors sell handmade products. If your shipped order is not the correct variant or quantity placed, please contact us and/or the vendor, and we will correct your order and ship it out to you for free of charge. If your order is defective (dead-on-arrival), you can request a return label if one wasn’t already provided and ship the defective product back to us. We will refund you your money.
